I love salad craft, best damn salads around. But the dressing was not tossed like it usually is. They asked light, medium or heavy and gave one container for each salad with one being light and one being heavy. You can't mix in the dressing with how packed the salads are (not complaining about the amount that you get part of the reason I love salad craft) and that's why I said the order wasn't right, bc the dressing wasn't tossed.

The 2 times i had their salads was great....after that i guess they got so popular that they never seem to have anything available on delivery. Example, avocado salad....but there will be no avocados available to complete the order. So place is good i guess if you dine in but delivery is only available if they arent busy and if they have the ingredients available to make the salad. If one of the main ingredients is unavailable. The whole salad is unavailable.

Portions are fine if you’re feeding a cat. Tried them twice , doubled the protein and the amount of chicken was still less then a can a fancy feast

As time has gone on, they've quietly removed costly ingredients from certain signature salads and frequently ran out of others; during my last visit, more than half of the toppings were unavailable. They've also increased prices, which is not how you maintain a market presence. Typically, businesses might operate at a loss to capture market share before gradually increasing prices, but here it feels like they started raising prices while simultaneously reducing quality. It's hard to tell if the inconsistent portion sizes are intentional or accidental. Additionally, the front door has been broken for at least two years. Really?

For several months, this restaurant has consistently been out of half the ingredients, including lettuce. About 70% of the time, you're left waiting for an employee who seems to be hiding in the back before you can get any assistance. Additionally, the smoothie counter has an employee who just stares without being able to call for help or prepare your salad.
