Contribuisci feedbackSeriously, y'all can't tell the difference between a custard donut and vanilla creme donut that I ordered. Not the first time this happened but my last time visiting this DD franchisee.
The foods are alright, it has declined ever since they opened. The service just keep getting worse, it’s like they no longer care about customers and only care about their money. Nobody here seemed to be trained about customer relation or care about it. No matter how good the foods are (in this case it’s not even that great), if the customer service is bad nobody would want to come back. Definitely not me!
The service is bad …girls there don’t care about service ….impossible to order there too slow
One of the better Dunkin locations in the west metro. Usually quick and tasty!
The quality is poor; it seems to have been sitting overnight. This has occurred on more than one occasion.
