Chipotle Mexican Grill - New Lenox

Eating at Chipotle is always a delightful experience. What I love most is being able to accomplish my shopping and still enjoy a quick meal. The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere make it a great place to grab a bite and recharge before continuing with my day.

I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The staff, particularly the young people working there, were friendly and attentive. I left feeling hopeful about the quality of service. The young black girl and white young person working there were excellent in their roles.

I visited the restaurant last night, 2/12/22, to get my son a steak burrito. I was disappointed to see that there was only one person taking orders for the walk-in customers. However, the wait was not too long, and I appreciate all the staff for working together and being efficient. Thank you for the quick service.

They have been very understated lately, and some of my commands have been misprepared (ordered in advance), but they always do their best and I appreciate that. thanks for all your hard work.

Great staff very friendly. the last several visits, although eating itself was not so good. in particular, they are very easy on the tear portions (orders both a bowl and a burrito). it is an average experience that I always return because it is close to home, but I hope it will be better.
