Said pizza was being prepped right after the order. Then tracker stayed on being prepped for over 1 hour. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION
After a long flight, I ordered delivery to my hotel. Although it was just before the restaurant closed for the night, that was only because of my timing. I requested a BBQ chicken pizza and a pasta bowl, but instead received two cold, old pepperoni and sausage pizzas. The delivery was not marked as complete, preventing me from reporting the issue through Domino's insurance option. This is highly unprofessional and feels like theft from customers. This situation definitely warrants investigation.
I am very impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Slim and his team at this Domino's location. This was by far the best service I have ever received at any Domino's. Despite it being after hours, they were very helpful and maintained a positive attitude throughout. I would like to express my gratitude to this team for their excellent service and caring demeanor. Thank you!
Staff are friendly. Pizza quality is decent. Issue is that they had not started on half my order by the time I arrived at the scheduled pick-up time (and the app said my order was finished and ready). The cinnamon twists with apple dip is amazing though. Domino?s has done it again with a mind blowing dessert. Give yourself an extra 15 minutes to wait for your full order to be available.
Not that I really need to make a detailed review on dominos, I mean, if they don't know that they weren't born on another planet. So I'm just saying it.
