My husband ordered a cup of gumbo and a shrimp and grits dish, while I opted for a salad and the steak frites. They brought my husband’s appetizer and main course at the same time, along with my salad. However, it took a full 20 minutes for my entrée to arrive, by which point my husband had already finished his meal, and it was now cold. If they want to successfully host larger events, they need to improve their service; it might work for smaller gatherings, but New Year’s Eve was clearly too much for them.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. It was quiet enough for us to enjoy conversation while listening to a live singer.

I had a truly disappointing experience! Despite having made reservations, we had to wait an hour and a half after being seated before our food was served. The management offered various excuses, but when our meals finally arrived, they were cold. Although they apologized repeatedly, it didn't compensate for the awful experience and the time we wasted. It's a shame because the food had the potential to be good, but by the time it arrived, it was not only late and cold but the rice was also undercooked.

The food was really good and our server Douglas was excellent. However, after our meal we were not allowed to use the restrooms! The lady on reception was quite rude when we asked and told us the public restrooms were locked. I explained we were paying customers who had just finished out meal and now needed to use the restroom and they would not open them for us!! I've never ever experienced paying customers not being allowed to use the facilities!

This is a hotel bar that has a menu. The bar was busy but the “restaurant” had only two tables our 9 top and a 2 top. The service was terrible had to physically track down our server to get drink refills, food came out 3 entrees at a time and the time between was in excess of 30 min. When it did come out it was over cooked and dry. They should not take reservations, nor advertise as a restaurant!
