Sobol New Rochelle

Came here with my goddaughter after a day at the beach. We wanted to have something refreshing and healthy. The lady behind the counter was so welcoming even though she was busy and alone. She was handling online orders and let us know that she would be with us momentarily. These were our first bowls but she was super patient as we made our decision. This was my first time at this location and only second time at SoBol overall but I was pleased. The classic bowl size is generous in size. I will be back.

This place has gone downhill. I was a frequent customer coming in a few times a month since this past summer. However my experiences in the last 2 months were awful. I placed an order for myself and co-workers for delivery. Less than 2 miles away. After seeing that my order wasn't received called them directly and no one answered. The phone rang and rang and nothing. I called the delivery service and they couldn't get through either. This happened 3 separate times (should have learned my lesson)I'm so annoyed bc the entire process of waiting for the order, calling repeatedly, then calling the delivery service in order to cancel the order took 2 hours.Never again

Let me start by saying I have been going to this location since it opened. The place is clean and has a nice vibe. The smoothies are great. Once ordered it does not take long. The staff is usually pleasant. I would have given this location a 5 star.The only reason I am giving it a 3 and not a 1 is because their service has been consistently good.However in sipping on my smoothie today I pulled a piece of hair out of my mouth. That is totally unacceptable for any food service facility.Get it together SoBol.

Great variety of smoothie and bowl options. They use Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff!

Hours online and posted on the door say they open at 730am. It's after 8am and the door is still locked.
