Finn's Seafood - New Shoreham

It would be great if they could take down their website! They have been closed and sold for months, but the site still indicates that they are open daily.

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The swordfish was cooked to perfection! For dessert, we tried the cookie pie, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was beautifully presented, and our waitress was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

We've been regulars at Finn's for years and have always appreciated the good service and food. We understand that many restaurants are facing challenges with limited menus and staffing, but that doesn't justify disrespectful treatment towards any customer. My husband and I work in retail and pharmacy, having dealt with difficult customers throughout the pandemic, and we would never have spoken to someone that way. We confronted the manager about the situation and learned that there have been other negative reviews lately. The restaurant is under new ownership, and it clearly shows. It's such a shame! I usually don’t write reviews about bad service, only positive experiences, but I felt it was important to share how troubling this was. It completely ruined our evening. To make matters worse, we were the only group inside the restaurant, with just one couple dining outside—so it wasn’t even busy!

The food was not the best. Taste wise ok but portions were very skimpy!! I ordered the scallop tacos and literally had 1 1/2 scallops on one and two very small ones on the other. Presentation of food was poor and prices were high. I was very disappointed!

Serve told us to go back to the trailer park and threw our food down at us! Worse experience we have ever had!! Had to ask for utensils and drinks!
