Burger King - New York

I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for several years and have always been pleased with the service and food. However, I have recently noticed an increase in loiterers outside the front door of the establishment. These individuals are entering the restaurant, sitting, drinking, and playing music, turning it into more of a hangout spot than a dining establishment. If this behavior continues, the restaurant risks losing many customers, myself included. I am extremely disappointed.

This particular Burger King doesn't seem to live up to the "have it your way" slogan. My online order was switched to something different without my consent, and the wait time was over 40 minutes. It seems like others were also experiencing issues with their orders.

The service was excellent, they were able to accommodate my complex order.

BK always slaps. Staff are great but unfortunately understaffed. Please hire more people so they can stress less.

Quick service, to bad to many homeless men taking up seats and in the front of the place. Was uncomfortable to sit and eat there
