Great food and music. Great for meat eaters. Owner is usually there and great guy. Usually loud. Fun too.
My daughter and I chose this for a late (10pm) dinner before going to a local bar. The food was awesome, authentic Argentinian fare. A very nice ribeye steak for me, chicken with a light gravy and mushrooms for my daughter, and I also had morcilla (blood sausage). The service was wonderful, attentive, friendly, well paced. The person who took our order answered our questions knowledgably before we ordered, and showed a real passion and pride for the food. There was a family from the neighborhood seated next to us, and the atmosphere was casual and homey. It 's a smallish place, with a nice little bar in a very pleasant neighborhood in Williamsburg. As I mentioned, we went initially because of its proximity to another bar, but we would go back again just to enjoy it on its own merits; a true find .
I am from Buenos Aires, and I can say that this restaurant has very good, authentic, reasonably priced Argentinian food and wine. Their $25 prix fixe dinner is a great value. I've been there before, and definitely going back. They have a milonga once a week.
Great place! Meat is excellent so as the Wine! My favorite place !
