I had a good experience the staff was very friendly and the bagels and muffins were great

The quality of the restaurant has decreased significantly from its previous standard of being decent. They frequently make mistakes with orders and I even found a hair in my bagel. The prices are excessive and not worth it; Dunkin' Donuts offers better value.

The food at this restaurant is good, but the customer service is terrible. The staff always seems rushed and overwhelmed, even when there is only one customer. I have visited a few times because of its convenient location, but after experiencing the same poor service multiple times, I do not think it is worth returning.

You will know you're in the right place when you see the line out the door. Highly recommended!

This place just served me the most vile $14 chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Like monumentally bad. Lowkey deserves and award for being so bad. Tasted kinda like sewer water and burnt bread. I was starving real bad so I did eat half of it, except for the parts of it that were hard as a rock and I would have needed a dentist appointment if I attempted to bite any harder. As a matter of fact I was today years old when I learned grilled chicken could possibly be hard enough to shatter a window. Not sure if it was just old or my guy cooked it too long in the microwave. Needless to say I’m still hungry, probably going to have diharrea later and I’ve got a taste so nasty in my mouth I’ll tell my grandchildren about it one day. They should make a vaccine for the chicken sandwich I just ate from this place. Deeuuueghhh ?
