Casimir Co Ues - New York City

We have dined at this restaurant several times and have generally been satisfied, but this visit left us feeling quite disappointed. The food was below average and the restaurant was so cold that we had to bring our jackets to the table to keep warm. It was not good value for the money. We would not recommend going during the winter months.

I like to sit up as there is more space and where the best choice of table types are bench seat for two to four and tables for two along the brick wall or through a large window opposite. it is a well-supported place that radiates character and is a neighboring lover.

This is at least the 5th or 6th time that I was here and that is the first time that I am unhappy. only one other time I sat in/above the other times were in the free / walk sitting. I thought the last time there was a clear bleich odor in the air, but I had tormented it until perhaps that they had just washed the floor, unfortunately it was there this time too. the waiter was ineptic and inexperienced, but very sweet/cut. he had no idea what he did. the eating was enough thunfisch nikoise, how can they screw up that a stale hard boiled egg?! had to come after brot a part roll into a basket and had to ask for butter. I was a bit embarrassed when I asked a friend to lunch and it was not very fun and not very good. there are other equally mediocre restaurants in this neighbourhood, but also some better. they are worth going another block or two, or four!

This place looks tired. service unsatisfied with people we treated with apparently challenged in English. I even asked a call from manager if I would honor my reservation. I told him I'd sit in the restaurant for ten minutes. I asked him to come to the table and imagine. No one came. eating was satisfactory, but the experience was third guess.

The food was very good and quite nicely served. The waitress was helpful. The menu offered several good dishes. All in all it was a very pleasant evening and we will return again.
