Wahizza Pizza - New York City

The pizza atmosphere were awesome!! Although the Sangria was on the weak side I enjoyed my late nite visit with my son Sat. Night ! I read a review in the Village Voice last year and I've been trying to get there since. Parking is 4 the birds tho.. it took us 45 mins to find a parking spot! Thank you for a gr8 pizza!!

The restaurant, designed in a bodega style, exudes an authentic New York City atmosphere. The staff members were extremely friendly, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. It definitely lived up to its reputation!

I'm not sure if anyone is reading this now that the restaurant is closed, but I just wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing pizzas and excellent service. You always made my family feel valued and welcomed, and we are truly saddened to see you go. You were a valuable part of our community and you will be dearly missed.

I have tried many places for vegan dessert, and while the torte was good, the restaurant only offers a medium pizza for $21, which is not very big even when requested. Toppings are additional. The staff is friendly, but the owner seemed a bit unfriendly towards vegans. Perhaps it was just a bad day, but all customers should be treated with respect.

Angie and her staff are amazing! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic. But the real standout is the exceptional quality of the food. Highly recommend! Vitalis
