Horrible service, food was not good, the server did not want to give me a refund for the price difference between my 2 orders.
Well it was one of the few places open at this terminal at 5:30 am. The sign out front mentions 4:30 am but the lights were still off at 5:00 am. You can order via a QR code. Prices are double what you would pay outside of the airport. The bagel is not great but it's not Thomas store stuff. Staff brought the food out within 15 minutes. They were busy as soon as they opened. No ketchup or hot sauce was in the bag.
Only 2 out of 50+ items were dumplings, so not sure why this place portrayes out to be a dumplings place . Also, $58 for two small glasses of wine, and 5 very sad and overcooked dumplings with only a broken iPad to take your order...nope!
If I could grade this 0 stars I would. Terrible ordering experience on the iPads, and the food was HORRENDOUS. Wings dumplings and spring rolls all terrible, had a weird taste to them, we’re dry and even the green onions looked old and stale. The food was miserable to eat and it cost a fortune. Terrible experience.
