Domino's Pizza - Newark

I placed my order through the Domino's pizza app, which is always straightforward and efficient, so I don’t have to wait for delivery. Even though this location isn’t nearby, it’s my go-to place for ordering. The app notified me when my order was ready, and I was able to pick it up quickly. Everything was fresh and hot when I arrived. My wings were a bit charred, but I actually prefer them crispy. Overall, everything was incredibly delicious!

The pizza master who answered the phone was a young gentleman energetic took my order when I arrived to pick up, he was fast accurate and great customer service.

I wanted to pick up my lunch. the quality is fresh. the server girl was out there on the phone, but and took her time to get my food when it was sitting there.

I usually do not make any negative commentary, especially if I always buy from the same device, but I suggest that they please cut the pizza slices well if I pay for something that I do not expect to do part of the work, and that closes the cutting of the pizza pieces properly. thanks in advance

I went to this location twice 1/16 1/17, each time placing my order online. On the first visit I walked in and no one acknowledged me. One guy was taking pizza out the oven while talking to a young lady who was standing over the pizza eating piece of chicken. then one of the delivery driver walked over and joined in the conversation and chicken eating. The entire time i'm standing there, i guess the delivery guy realized I was annoyed so he told a guy who was standing in the back counting tips to come help me. Then the young man walks up and asked for the last four digits of my number, then I give him a $50 visa gift card. He then tells me they do not take gift cards, so I go to the car and get my debit card. The entire time I was there no one had on a mask or gloves. They was standing over the food the guy who was taking out the oven, talking, breathing, and eating over people food. The next day i order again online, crazy right, but i had a free pizza to claim and I was having a sleep over for the kids. This time I used that same gift card online to paly for the food before going to pick it up. hoping the service was gonna be better the second time I was wrong. Again, no gloves and everyone standing around talking and eating. Except this time the young lady was making pizza with no gloves on. What happened to COVID? Please stay away from this location. Lastly it was snowing and both days no salt was on the stairs outside.
