Drive through...drink was wrong...manager was very combative and would not agree to correct the issue. Not going back to this one.
My coffee is messed up 90% of the time. This one is right next to my house and I drive further to another Dunkin because it’s so awful.
Growing up, my siblings and I always looked forward to Sundays. We would go to church and on the way home my parents would stop to pickup a dozen of Dunkin donuts. They were big and had a good amount of filling in them. My how times have changed. You would think a store whose product is 90% donuts would make really good donuts. That's the way it used to be. The donuts are getting smaller in diameter and barely any filling in the filled donuts. Kudos to the staff at the Dunkin locations. They are very friendly and are quick in serving. I give them 5 Stars. I have found really good old fashioned donuts that burst with filling at the Farmer's Market. I highly recommend the Amish donuts shops at either the Middletown Farmers Market, or Boothwyn Market. They are about the same price as Dunkin, but are much better. I hope that Dunkin eventually works back to its origins of making a really good donut.P.S. still love the coffee at Dunkin.
It feels like no matter how you order your drink or how many times you go back to get it remade, it will never taste good.
