Red Wok - Newbury Park

Loved the Fried Rice and Kung Pao combination. Lunch Special is a great amount for the amount of good food $3 to $5 less expensive than most other places).

What I wanted. Newbury Park, California. A year ago the parents of our Chinese student cooked for us again. We were excited about the preparation. I asked if a court should be adapted to Red Wok. You nailed it! I was told they're ready for what I want. The restaurant is small. The portions are large. We received free canton strips with sweet sauce and hot mustard for diving. We were the only table that spoke English. The owners speak very good English and are very nice friendly people. 冬

Highly recomended. This is definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. Small and welcoming, with great variety and detailed preparation. Not like other Chinese places, the food here is not hard. We're coming back to dive and out. We love it.

I've been going to Red Wok for 10 years. It is a great restaurant for authentic Mandarin kitchen and the family had so many memories.

I love their cheery disposition and the food Is very good. In particular the garlic chicken is my favorite. The shrimp noodle soup is also very good..with a wonderful delicate broth in the background.
