This is hands down my favorite sushi place! I rarely leave reviews, but this place is way too good! Incredibly fresh fish. Not a single item tasted fishy, which normally at a sushi restaurant at least one type of fish tastes fishy (even expensive places). We had the Love Roll, salmon nigiri, salmon cut roll, and the Hanaki roll. Highly recommend. Rolls range from $7-$15 ish, so very affordable for the quality. And they put a ton of fish in each roll.On top of how delicious the food is, the atmosphere was great. Extremely friendly people working there!

Unfortunately, we didn 't get to taste the food. We were nearly finished placing our order, when the waitress (owner? suddenly said out of the blue, Forget it! Forget it! I 'm not going to serve you. She angrily threw the menus on the table (making a loud thwacking sound . We were shocked. She then said, Yes, you have to leave. As we walked out (completely stunned , she said, You are s s s YOU S My son started laughing because it was so weird, but my wife and I felt unsafe. We are a lesbian couple, so all I can figure is that this was some seriously homophobic BS. And coming so close after many recent attacks on LGBTQ folks in this country, it does make sense. I 'm reeling. We got out safely but what 's next? Avoid this place like the plague. Something is really really wrong here. And the food? Who knows? Who cares?
