Pops Fast Food - NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME

Ordered a couple of burgers and chips, was above average, could have done with being a bit warmer. Dessert was disappointing… we had a lotus cookie dough- this was a very small portion, my partner and I used to share these last year but wasn’t enough for both. The cookie was burnt and was stuck to the grease proof paper. We didn’t eat it. We used to rate and recommend this place- not anymore, has gone downhill a lot

Chips were like plastic unedible and cold like they had been re frid then left to go cold then put in a microwave and they are not cheap

Ordered and delivered an hour and 15 minutes later, I did ring after an hour. The person I spoke too clearly wasn 't bothered, 'it isn 't here so must be out for delivery '. Food arrived..cold and so greasy!! We 've been loyal customers at Pops for many years but wont be returning after this awful food..

I used to order takeout from Pops every Friday, but recently the food has been terrible. The chips are hard and the food is cold, it's not the same as it used to be. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I will not be ordering from them again.

It's 5* from me we always enjoy the food at Pops and the service is great. Staff always very friendly!
