Fitzgeralds Newcastle

Excellent bar where you can sit and chat! Not full of idiots screaming and bawling, great range of beers and the venue is comfy warm and welcoming. All up a decor venue for a few beers and a relax and close to other bars and restaurants in the city Centre.

We had planned a 5 year, much needed family reunion in the Toon and needed a specific area to seat some elderly relatives. It just so happened to be a football Saturday but Nicola Fitzgeralds made it happen! Thank you so much for all of your help it was such a great day and Gillian and I were beyond impressed with your understanding and compassion! 10 out 10 for your amazing service! Thank you.

After a walk around Newcastle, my friends and I decided to call into Fitzgeralds for a couple of drinks. It was a really warm Saturday afternoon, and despite the inside being large, it was full and standing (always a good recommendation). We decided to sit in the outside area, which is an oasis of calm. It is really big and set out like an amphitheatre, so you can sit in groups of whatever size and still have a good catch-up chat (or sit quietly and take in the quiet). The real ales are well kept, and they have a good variety

Outside was packed inside we managed to get a table, good atmosphere but not too busy but still early on Saturday, first time in here enjoyable visit!
