Frankie Benny's The Gate Newcastle

After a long day of shopping, sometimes you just need some comforting food. F&B seemed like the perfect choice, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The slow service can be forgiven due to the busy nature of the restaurant, but the food was simply awful. I have had my fair share of bad burgers in the past, but the one at F&B was by far the worst. It was so bad that it was inedible, even my dog that eats anything would likely refuse to eat it. It's disappointing to write such a negative review, but the overall dining experience was below par.

Yesterday, four of us went to have lunch at this restaurant. We all thought it was a bit pricey for what we received. One of us ordered the vegan macaroni and cheese, which turned out to be just cheese sauce with a few pieces of macaroni for £12.10.

Breakfast at Newcastle Frankie's was a top-notch experience. The server was exceptional, providing great service and ensuring we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this restaurant as one of the best I've ever been to. The only downside was not having free refills, but I understand with the rising costs. I had the poached eggs with bacon and avocado, which I thoroughly enjoyed. We visited on 6/3/23 around noon.

Not the tastiest meal we've had, so wouldn't rush back to a F B's unfortunately. Average meal and a little overpriced for the quality

Called in for a breakfast. Ordered large breakfast it didn’t disappoint,plenty on plate bacon egg sausage black pudding toast . We ordered cup of tea when tea finished we were told we could keep filling up tea,extra cups no extra charge, service was polite and excellent,meals came fresh within ten minutes
