Starbucks Coffee - NEWHALL

Pretty chill Starbucks. The only place they have chargers is at the large table near the entrance; usually there are seats available and plenty of outlets, but there has been a few it the table were full when I arrived. The other small tables have no accessible outlets. The baristas are friendly and fast. The lines are usually really short and wait time for the drinks are short too.

I've always received good service at this Starbucks, despite the fact that its the single busiest location by volume in the entire Santa Clarita valley. Their drive-thru goes non-stop from open to close every day. The lobby could be bigger but the patio is great. COFFEE.

Its an amazing place,the food is awesome, great staffs . They serve orders quickly and are very friendly.

I feel kinda lame leaving a review for a Starbucks, so let me say that at the top. But... I dunno, this place just kinda drives me nuts. I do not understand how they have such a consistently inefficient and frustrating drive-thru. I have one of the most basic drinks and I always mobile order ahead like 15 minutes in advance. But when I show up, I have regretted betting on the drive-thru every single time. I now drive slightly out of my way before work because I've found another store that operates so smoothly I kinda couldn't believe it for a while. But after consistent good experiences at other Starbucks, I went back to this Starbucks and bam, it's still just as frustrating. I'm not saying the employees are overtly rude or anything. But I swear every experience just frustrates me. Again, I feel lame saying it, because I don't feel like they owe me a smile and a compliment for my transaction, but there's a complete absence of flow that begins to feel almost disrespectful to my time. (Sorry for being negative but ugh, sometimes, y'know?

I am visiting a friend in SCV, and she lives close to this Starbucks. I order a venti iced oatmilk latte with 4 shots and made with blonde espresso. They consistently always make it wrong. I never expect to have a drink made correctly from this Starbucks. The customer service is mid at best. There was this one short stubby lady who was extremely condescending and snobby to me in the drive-thru. Not a great location and I only come here because it is convenient.
