Went to have an informal dinner with friends/colleagues. The ambience and the decor was comfortable, but nothing outstanding. The service was mediocre to be honest. However, the food which was served was good, with descent portions. The mixes kebab was tasty. It was served with rice, salad, couscous and pita bread. Loved the Turkish tea as well. Would definitely recommend the food, unless you are really inclined for a very posh place with nice decor. Overall, good food and good value for money, and a convenient location which is open till late(11 pm).

Been going there for a while and we always get the istanbul special which easily serves 5 of us. Food is well presented and fresh. The salad is fresh too. Kids like the fish pond. Service is great. My only concern is the interior decor is dated and the toilets need maintenance.

I have been a regular customer to this place for some time as it is close to where i live. However , the latest waitereses have made our experience in this restaurant awful and miserable. They are very rude with no customer service skills whatsover. I urge the manager to act quickly before he loses his business

We went here for a family dinner a few days ago. I can swear that i haven't seen such terrible service before. The staff and manager were so rude that some of our family left without finishing the food. Some of the food ordered never came. I would never again go here nor recommend this place for a family outing to anyone. If i could give it a minus rating i would.

Worst ever dining experience. The staff including the manager were extremely rude arrogant. I took a few guests with me for a family outing and some of them left without finishing the meal because of the staffs attitude. More than half my guests were not served the complimentary Turkish tea even upon request, those lucky to get one were refused sugar. I would never go here again nor recommend to anyone else. I had to face pure embarrassment for taking my guests here.
