Barburrito - Newmarket

My experience with bar burrito is always amazing. This time i wanna thank Vandana and katelyn for preparing my order quickly. I wish them success in life ????????????

I visited this location for lunch last week for the first time. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered a spicy bowl. The food was delicious and fresh. I was so impressed that I even told them how good it was as I was leaving. I will definitelyreturn again and highly recommend this restaurant.

My first impression when I walked in was there is a funny smell to the restaurant. Also what I noticed right away was the condition of the restaurant. Their booths are old, faded, and dirty looking. Even their mats when you walk in are old and dirty.Small things like this make customers not want to return. Invest in your business and do not let it get run down. This is theproblem with a franchise. One owner gives the rest of them a bad rep. I knew that I should?ve just walked right out afterseeing the condition of the restaurant, but I was hungry and decided just to order a chicken burrito. Nothing about the burritowas fresh. Dry chicken mushy rice. My own fault for not listening to my gut. The owner of this restaurant should do them selvesa favour and not be so stingy and spend the money on things that need to be repaired. The overall cleanliness and vibe of therestaurant is not good . When customers walk in and they see an environment like this, it does not make them want to returnagain.

While eating the meal that staff A prepared she was explaining to staff B how she was extremely sick the last few days. Staff A also explained in detail HOW she was sick. Staff A was also not wearing a mask. I understand it is not mandatory at this time,but if you were sick please wear one. I am disgusted and will not be back to this location.

Got a veggie ground burrito bowl for takeout, was loaded to the top with lots of ingredients. Was hot, everything was fresh and it?s great that there are vegan options. Staff was friendly and no wait- was served right away, great price too. Will definitelybe back
