The kids love the train on the 'fancy dine in ' side. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms included. Food was quick and standard for the chain. Wait staff was great. Service was terrible. We left and went to Applebee's and received service within minutes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Horrible experience, I asked for a 8 piece chicken nugget meal and I asked for sauce and I didn’t get a spoon for my soup. What kind of mess is that? How do y’all expect for someone to eat dry chicken meal and eat soup without a spoon? Do y’all think that i’m a transformer or something? I can’t grow utensils out of my fingers. Get it together y’all..I know y’all might’ve been tired but i’m hungry so don’t **** me off nomo’.
