Manager, Tiffany, was rude and would not honor prices. Orders and recognized them overload. Asked nicely between what she complained and what the posted price was to repay. She couldn't do anything. Cashier suggested to cover it again with a discount. She said no, didn't want to be harassed with the paperwork. I told her to give my money back and went and eat somewhere else. No apology for a bad customer service.
Ty Samantha! I went back 2Wks later with my receipt she replaced the 2 gallons no problem! This tea tasted like the legendary Bojangles sweet tea I??!! On 6-18, two half gallon sweet tea took on this last Saturday they looked funny when they gave me. I tried to tell the lady in the window, but she didn't listen. I tried some of them it was terrible compared to the great tea they usually have!! Why do they not have better customer service tea?? Will it try again?.
My friend and I stopped here on holiday. I baked a hair in the chicken. Both of our cookies had what looked and unfortunately tasted like lotion or deodorant or soap, which was also burned into them. During the inspection we found huge white pieces of the substance. Absolutely disgusting.
The food here is amazing, it's the never ending list of excuses every single time you go that makes it only 3 stars. We have coffee but no cups, ice machine is broken, we don't have any chicken, we don't have dark meat, we don't have any dipping sauces, we don't have coleslaw, it'll be a 15 minute wait for a sandwich, the credit card machine is down. These are just a few examples from recent individual visits. This store appears poorly managed. I get that things haven't been the same since COVID but it's been literally every visit lately.
