The lady that took our order sounded like she just hated her job. Then when we get to the window we waited 20 minutes before they even acknowledged us and took our money. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Now I know why I do not go to Hardee’s in Newton Grove. Come on people when you work in customer service you have to do better.
