Mcdonald's - Newton Grove

They were rude and nasty and got order wrong and would not fix it

The worst mcdonalds EVER!!!!The Entire store is a wreck!!!The store manager should be FIRED!!!..Its to much playing and not enough of working...they're constantly pulling cars up only to wait a extended 30 minutes..then when the runner brings the food its..so many cars until they have to walk to each car!!to confirm which bag goes where..so unprofessional!!..Elizabeth is the worse Store Manager EVER!!!..I will not be returning to that mcdonalds

Mcdonalds in Newton Grove is on the way home for me my family, when we go to church in Dunn, and we live in Goldsboro. Over the past several years, this particular store has went from bad to worse. Some examples. Tonight, I placed a mobile order to eat at the restaurant. I stood all alone at the register, hoping to get our drink cups in advance of our order. Apparently I was invisible as multiple people ignored me for 10 minutes. Our last visit, we were the only patrons inside. It took 25 minutes for our food.The food is usually cold or a portion there of. Cleanliness is not something they promote regularly. Someone should take a picture of one of those drink lid dispensers and/swab and look under a microscope. Those things are extremely filthy. Do they ever get taken apart and cleaned? A few years ago, an employee and his family member always occupied the corner booth for his whole shift. He would go sweep the bathrooms, then he would sweep the tables and seats. Yikes! So we have bad customer service, not friendly, poor quality food, slow service, and filthy conditions. To end on a good note, there is a humongous amount of room for improvement. I told my wife that we need to carry the kids to the store in Dunn. Surely it can't be any worse. If you plan on spending time and money at this Mcdonalds, you may want to bring some cleaning supplies, a bull horn, and a microwave. These items may help to improve your experience. The inside makeover, was really worth it! The atmosphere is so much nicer than before.. They even have an area to charge your phone or laptop. Service was really good, food was fresh and hot. Great improvements!

The worst and I do mean worst customer service!! I thought it was just me until I read the reviews!!! Thinking the manager would help HAHA just as bad!!!! Kindness is free!!! Do better McDonald’s !!!!!!!
