Mcdonalds - Newtownabbey

I don't even know where to begin. Firstly, we didn't get straws for our drinks, which were undrinkable. They forgot the cheese on all four cheeseburgers, as well as the salt and sauce for our burgers. This level of service is highly unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Ordered from just eat (we live 5 min drive away . Food was cooked but delivered an hour after pick up. We’ve requested a refund and now my so.n will be sent to bed without his treat after a brilliant week in school (he didn’t even want his toy! No more Mc Donald’s. If they trust drivers how can we trust them?

After ordering on just eat app and having order confirmed and money taken ,McDonald's just cancel the order without explanation (suspect no drivers) but take your money and blame just eat when McDonald's are the ones who took the money then say it may take 2 days to refund (wish I could pay in 2 days too) and Mcdonald impossible to contact unless you like talking to computer fixed reply messages and staff couldn't explain anything when went down to see them (no surprises) terrible experiences

Nuggets batter not cooked enough very soft and cold. Usually great service and food from this place disappointing

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, I had a terrible experience via just eat, ordered food for a severely disabled person who had no electric or food and the delivery was given to the next door neighbour no questions asked! I have put a full complaint into just eat with a full explanation as to why I was so angry, all I was offered was a refund that may take 7 days to get back to my account, no apologies of any further compensations, my friend was left with no food all night, not even as much as an apology, terrible customer service and would not recommend this restaurant at all especially when ordering through just eat
