Starbucks Coffee - Niagara Falls

I enjoyed a good white mocha at this restaurant. I had to treat myself for my birthday! The food was exceptional, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

They offer Teavana Earl Grey tea in boxes, which is fantastic! The staff is excellent.

The restaurant is conveniently located and easy to reach, not too far from the waterfalls. However, the prices are not as steep as the falls themselves. Ordering in advance was easy and the timing was perfect without any issues.

Great service, friendly staff could not ask for a better place! john made me the best matcha tea latte, it was delicious? we will definitely get in when we are back in town. Thanks from the Sudbury couple.

This used to be my go to location in the area but last time I went the employee was oddly rude and confrontational. I ordered ahead on the app as I was heading over (as I’ve done for years without issue) and the employee was giving attitude immediately through the drive thru speaker about the order being placed too recently so it’s going to take a while mind you I was the only one in the drive thru and I was okay with waiting I didn’t even say anything about rushing. I got to the window and the worker immediately scolded me for not waiting long enough before coming to pickup the order I tried to ask what I should have done instead (for example waiting in the parking lot until more time passes to pickup the order seemed odd to me) and he told me that I need to order at least 10 minutes before arriving and that my order was a nightmare to complete which was really uncalled for. I wasn’t giving any kind of attitude nor have I been told to order so far in advance before so this guy must have been having a bad day but it was really uncool. Just be nice people.
