Keg Restaurants - Niagara Falls

Because it was not full, the service was very slow/.

Last night out. I have a great table. service was really nice.

Excellent eating, great looking. we thought the music was too loud and hard to talk to each other. style of music was tech-tonish sounds and didn't really fit with the ambiente of the keg view over the storm. soft music would have been more comfortable

I thought it was a better experience on the basis of the situation and how busy it must be. my man and I had a reservation that we would be able to get in ifview with our reso, but when we arrived, the host did not even ask us the name for the reso. she continued to sit in the lounge and told us it would be a 2 hours waiting for ifview. When our dinner came, our steaks were understated. my man was in order with his, but I needed my cook a little longer. it lasted and extra 20 minutes to get my steak back and until I got it, we could both say that it was just pushed onto the grill until it burned. no great experience at all.

Lindsay was an excellent server. Although it was New Years Day, the apps and meals came out in a good amount of time. As usual the Keg exceeded expectations.
