Subway - Niagara-on-the-Lake

Service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Personal told us about a problem with a pop machine and the options for us. Like Subways.

After half finishing my sub I noticed some beard hair next to the sandwich in the wrapper, so I’ve accepted that I probably ate some as well lol. The poor guy seemed new, overall it was fine.

Located in a quite place of Niagara on the lake. We were very hungry that evening, and were looking for a fast food shop. We found this Subway when driving. But, had to wait for long to serve the food. Slow customer service.

Literally the worst subway location i've ever been too, never go here man

My mother came in yesterday to get a subway and the Asian lady working there left the bread out in the cold after heating as she was working on another customer’s order which is fine but as customers we are paying for the hot food. When my mother kindly requested her to heat the bun again the Asian lady got all defensive and acted so rude. Like there was no need to take it personally. Someone has to teach her customer service and how to talk politely to a customer. That behavior was outrageous. She is not fit to be working there. Then, she refused to prepare the order and asked another lady to make it for my mother. I have also worked in customer service and I really don’t care what happens behind the scenes but the fact that she got all rude and acted so immature really surprised me. The sub was great because obviously it is subway but the customer service was bad. I pity her co-workers as well as they have to put up with such a rude lady.
