Absolute horrible experience with zero display of professionalism, empathy, and poor customer service. I ordered my sub, a #8 add pepperoni on the mobile app at 7:09 pm. I arrived at 7:21 pm to wait an additional three minutes for estimated time of receipt. Seven in-store customers and two mobile order customers received their orders. At this point I was never asked if I was waiting on anything. At 7:34 pm I asked about my order and the employee said, oh, that is it on the prep line. I requested a refund at 7:35 pm and didn 't receive my refund until 7:42pm, no apology or attempt to make it right, and the amount refunded doesn 't match my mobile app receipt. When mentioned, I was informed the tip of $2, would fall off upon crediting.
Always clean and staff is professional! Order ahead for fast service.

It's great to see the friendly employees make the subs. The food is great. I have only 2 observations. The onions (which I detest) are always crossing into the lettuce, and the other is the 60 degree temp.
