Waffle was disgusting. Raw inside. Something went really wrong with the process. Will never order again
We ordered at 21:15 and we received our oder at 23:00. We called two times to ask about our order and they didn't even apologise. We paid the full amount. Bear in mind that this happened during lock down and the guests had to leave before 11:00. It's unacceptable to disturb the customers at 11pm when the order was placed at 9:15.
They have the delivery of the canned strawberry and after, when we ask why- they say it fresh. the first time I see it. Sometimes is fresh and in the restaurants say the employees: I'm sorry, but fresh is ready and we put doses. but they chose a venerable way, and do not say true, and what about the call?
