Wendy's - Niles

The chili was good. but our baked potato was old and appeared very baked. we threw it away.

The service was fast, but my food was cold. I don't care how much money I spend in a restaurant or what I buy. If it's hot, I want it hot. I shouldn't have to ask for hot food. the new earthbeereis was cold, and it was pretty good?

A machine broken. I wouldn't have bought a big $9 meal. the personal was cross. not out of the area so it is inconvenient that I call the load for a replacement. they should make their customers aware of such things before they buy.

Eating is always good and they get in the way my order is right, but the customer service here is always terrible. I have worked in almost food and retail most of my life and can simply not understand why people feel the need to be so rude. I'm trying to be nice and friendly, but the people here seem unhappy.

This is a correctly managed Wendy's. Expect the best and get it. Only Wendy's in the nation I haven't caught without chili. They have everything fast and hot.
