Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Nixa

Brahms is a great place to run in and quickly pick up an assortment of groceries....they carry so much more than milk and ice cream and iron is good quality. The employees I have encountered there are friendly and helpful. The design for the drive up food is not great. There is usually a long line which makes it difficult and dangerous to maneuver getting into the parking lot. The way it is set up is definitely not user friendly .

I have always been pleased with the food at Braum's, that is until tonight. I ordered a grilled chicken strawberry poppyseed salad, upon getting it home I opened the container to find a piece of uncut chicken that was as tough as leather. In addition the salad did not contain all of the ingredients. I was extremely disappointed. I love their salad and have never had this experience before. On a positive side, my dog enjoyed the chicken rawhide.

Good food, love the strawberry salad. Two reasons they don’t get 5 stars. 1. I hate cottage cheese, who decided that a way to make milk better is to add chunky cheese to it? They won’t sub out the cottage cheese for something better as a side. 2. Can’t get a gallon of milk through the drive thru. I get that someone has to run over to the grocery area, and I can see why they don’t open it up for other things. But milk!? Come on. Thanks for the good burgers and shakes though!

We went for ice cream (though there were many having lunch). It was clean, well kept. The staff were very polite and helpful. The ice cream was wonderful! The kids had sprinkles on their Junior scoops and were thrilled. We will definitely return!

There is only one person ahead of us and six people working. After a very long wait for them to finish cleaning everything in sight which would be good if I didn't have to wait so long they skipped me and went to the next person when I pointed out hey I've been here quite a while as I'm sure they already knew, they told me that other girl would get to me next when she's finished cleaning. I'm never going back in there to be treated like that again. I would never cut in front of anybody but by the same token I would not want anybody to cut in front of me.
