KFC - NOARLUNGA CENTRE

I have never experienced such a long wait to order in my life. At first, we assumed the restaurant must have been busy, but after placing our order, we noticed there was only one car in front of us. We paid and then waited again to collect our food. Even after we left, we were left wondering whether there was a problem or if the staff was just extremely slow. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you have plenty of time to wait.

On January 1st, 2020 at 2:55 pm, I ordered a family meal that was supposed to come with a large coleslaw. When I received the order and opened it, my wife pointed out that the coleslaw was missing. I had to go back to the restaurant and check the menu on the wall to confirm my wife's observation. I returned to the cashier and informed her of the missing item. She brought the coleslaw to me, but did not offer an apology for the mistake. I couldn't help but wonder if it was because of my dark skin. I was very disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this restaurant again.

My husband enjoys this particular cuisine. However, we have found that it tends to be overly salty and occasionally not cooked properly. It basically tastes like eating salt with chicken.

Id probably have more to say if they bothered to serve us. Wont be returning here. Pull you fingers out your arses.

Seriously KFC, did you sit down and go "what is the worst way we could serve customers?" Because it really feels like it.
