I was in Norman for a super early meeting and decided to grab breakfast when I was done. I’d planned to hit a chain, but decided to go local…and I’m so glad I did!! There were plenty of seats and I was greeted promptly. I kind of wanted one of everything, but went with the tamales. So good! They were topped with ranchero, a green salsa, cheese, eggs, and tomatoes and were the perfect level of spicy for breakfast. I’ll definitely be back soon.

We were wondering about this little place on the way back to Texas. I had the B.L.T. it was very good. my oldest son enjoyed the club sandwich. our party also had the blueberry pancakes and a hamburger. they were also satisfied with their orders. everyone who worked there was very friendly and friendly. this is a great place to stop and have a great diner experience.

A Norman mainstay, you just can't go wrong at the Diner. The specials are always a treat be it a spin on menu item or something new, they are sure to please. Breakfast or lunch, you can go with old standards if thats your style or the Diner's own unique dishes, the tamale breakfast is a popular example. The service is excellent, coffee is fresh and you'll be looking forward to you next visit. There's no gimmick here, just a solid menu, good prices, great staff, and locally owned.

If you want some of that old Norman feel, this place nails it. They've been here for like 60 years. Food is good, service is great. It's small though. Don't be coming in with a huge party and be shocked. I think there are like 10 tables and the counter which seats like 10.
