Dunkin' - Norridgewock

Several times now I've ordered a large iced lattee and they've just given me coffee instead. Same thing happened this morning and my cup wasn't even filled when I got it. I had to ask for more milk added and when I took a sip it was quite obvious it was coffee and not a lattee. Normally I wouldn't be upset but when the lattees cost up to $2 more than a coffee I'd like to actually get what I paid for. I would've asked to have it remade but there were only 2 girls working this morning and I felt bad enough so I just went with it, but honestly it's why I stopped going there for a while.

Busy weekend and morning spot. Terrible location. Parking here is the worst.

Every time I come to norridgewock dunkin donuts, in some way, shape, or form they mess up my order. And it's not just the employees faults. Instead of getting mad, I took the time to ask the employees as to why trained employees are lacking. And that's because there's very poor management here who doesn't really take or take enough time to train the employees correctly. In this case, management is the biggest problem with this place, not just improperly trained employees. If higher management sees this review: my recommendation is to do a review of lower management. This place is unfortunately terrible.

This place is just a mess. Working for this company was very stressful. Having other coworkers thinking they are boss. Customers are just plain awful and rude and are demanding thinking they get what they want when they want it. Employees think they can over rule anyone and it's okay.

They always get my order right and They have free doughnuts and pup cups for our fur babies...
