Metro Bru - North Bend

Don?t understand how I get told my total is $8 but they charge me $9. This has happened multiple times now.

I Love how I paid 6.75 for a bagel with cream cheese and I have to put the cream cheese on myself ????. I did 80% of the labor. What a joke

I come through about once a week to get the metro espresso shake. Almost everytime, i get denied and told that the ice creams too hard, or that they need an hour each morning to let it thaw. I used to try in the mornings and chalked it up to no biggie.Its 2pm and their ice cream is too hard. Turn down your freezers if its too hard or take it off the menu. I'm only gonna berefused so many times before I go elsewhere. Aside from this, the coffees great, the people are great and the sevice is usuallygreat. Reply: Sounds like y'all need another freezer, or to find a solution. Passing the problem to your customer is onlygonna hurt your business. It's not my problem y'all can't use your ice cream. When I show up and try to order it, and I'm told Ican't have what I want. I go elsewhere. Best of luck. Won't be coming back to y'all again. ??? ? ? ???

They make a very good coffee and I especially love their espresso shakes and the girls that work there are super nice

This place has the best coffee, and the service is great.
