Subway - North Branch

We've been in here 5 times in the last 2-3 months and have only got horrible attitudes. A couple times we have gone in and were the only ones in there, the lady saw us and completely ignored us for almost 10 minutes. We have been very polite and have got nothing but attitude and almost like they were angry we were even in there. Gave them several tries and the same 2 seem to always be in there with attitude, and has messed up our orders. The older lady especially needs to find something different because she clearly hates her job. They use to be great and very friendly but we have not had a good experience in at least a few months.

We walked in, totally ignored working on an online order. After waiting for a couple of minutes, the only lady upfront asks for help from the back. We get to the register, ask for 2 churros, and the response was, Next time, order that in the front of the line. In a very snappy sassy voice. I didn 't catch the names, but they were working on February 23rd, 3:30PM

So they gave me the wrong sandwich and didn’t realize it took a bit and realized it was hot and I’m like this is not my Sandwich . Had to go back they gave me a different one but now my stomach is all messed up from it . Maybe u should hand and make the right on for online orders

Good was fine but Jane at the register was getting very hostile and throwing around stuff by the register. Chester was very friendly tho and was giving 10/10 service but I will definitely not be returning

Ordered online! North Branch Mn! Cold Cut Sub’s Meat Cheese was So Skimpy! Kwik Trip subs at half the price has twice as much meat! Veggies were skimpy too! That was Monday Jan 22nd! Tuesday the 23rd ordered a Turkey and Cold Cut! Asked for more of everything and We got our wish! Great Sandwiches! I was So impressed! And it was Buy one get one free! What a Deal!
