The most perfectly cooked red snapper. Excellent service. Atmosphere is so comfortable I love it. I’ve never been so impressed. This company knows what they are doing.
Excellent snapper. Son's soup and poke bowl were very good too.
Great food and atmosphere plus the service was outstanding I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!
My new ATX fav!!!! Wow, we were all blown away. Food was all super fresh. All prepared spot-on perfect. Atmosphere was just my style, intimate, Austin Casual, upscale but not snooty or pretentious, comfortable tables, loads of seating at the incredibly beautiful bar too. Attentive and knowledgeable service, ample menu selections with plenty of options for everyone. For appetizers we had the Fish Dip, the Buttermilk Shrimp and the Ceviche of the Day. ALL AMAZING!! We all ended up ordering the Crabcake Sammy, which sent us all into our 'happy eating dance ' in our seats. Wow, wow, wow!! Super fresh, loaded with flavor, creative ingredients, and yet simply prepared so well you find yourself amazed at how delicious simplicity can truly be. And yet, unbelievable to say these days, but fairly priced!!!
I definitely would give this a 4.5 because there’s always room for improvement. However, this East Coast sensibility, and the fact that the owner is from New Jersey New York area. The weight staff are perfectly trained. They don’t miss a beat. It’s refreshing to see this in Austin. It’s not common here. I ordered the crabcake and unfortunately had to give it back because it was too salty and they said it was premixed which I find strange at a restaurant like this. Why is anything premixed it should all be made fresh and which case then it won’t be too salty and should never be added to anything in this day and age don’t people get that? After that they exchanged it and I had the muscles which were divine in a sort of Louisiana style base which is not my favorite way to eat muscles I have to say it was delicious. The bread is fantastic, and it was chalk filled with sausage onion tomato, but the muscles were juicy they I think they were New Zealand muscles or from the Netherlands not sure I’ll definitely definitely come back for the steamers when they’re in season
