Roberto's Pizza - North Brunswick

You get a good review for the sauce. It tastes fresh and is quite tasteful. Good location next to the bowling alley. Ideal for children and adults who want to eat better quality than the bowling alley. It is a small key place with friendly service. Sufficient seating.

Here's the thing. I lived in the NB region and moved to rural PA, where my selection of food is limited. There's not so authentic where I live. My sister-in-laws live in NB and every time we visit, I think I'm a quick bite in Roberto's. Why, because the food is great authentic Italian. Every time I was there, I see the staff working very hard. The owner is usually before work the register, answer to the phone, and make pizza. He can't come as Mr. Nice Guy if you're ordering, but for real, it's NJ... But take some time to start a conversation with him, and you'll be that he's one of the nicest people you ever talk to. The man knows how to make good food. #1. The food here is of high quality. Everything is homemade, dough, sauce, to mozzarella and all its main dishes. #2. The service is great. Ask for something from the menu or customize your order. They will do their best to get you exactly what you want. #3. This is a local family business. They work hard like the rest of us. They remained open through the pandemic. I'm sure it was difficult and good for her to survive the harsh conditions for restaurants. #4. I see some reviews about how long it takes to get their orders ready. Again, this is a small family business and makes high-quality food. They are always busy and take their time to make sure that the food is on the point. If your order takes an additional 5 or 10 minutes to be ready to be good that 's the price you pay for quality. Breathe and relax. Or a conversation with the owner.

15 years ago there was a local pizza place even my family went all the time because the pizza was so good! This place went down, but the main chef started his own place I've been a customer since. You have a lot of delicious dishes, but if you want a thick Sicilian pizza with everything plucked (also for extra cheese), you will know what I mean!... in North Brunswick, next to the bowling alley.

10/10- one of the best pizzas round. I love this place.
