You think there's only one but when you walk towards the end of the hallway to your room you'll see it then. The lobby/bar area has lots of seating and the decor is very soothing. Gives off a relaxing vibe. They have a pool table there as well. The hallway carpets are clean and the color scheme is nice.Smaller rooms but the layout makes it look bigger. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.Bathroom toilet takes forever to flush, which was a minor issue overall. No coffee or tea station like most hotels I have stayed at.Surrounding Area has lots of dining and shopping in walking distance.
I paid $280 for a king 2 room suite for my newborn, myself and my teenage daughter. We were in town for a baseball tournament.Upon entering the lobby, it was beautiful. Clean, pool table, Starbucks coffee served, restaurant. It was gorgeous. My room, on the 5th floor was dated. Couch was filthy. Shampoo bottle left on the nightstand. Bed…most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever laid on, and I’ve stayed in many.Due to my Marriott status I have late check out (noon). We left our hotel at 8:30 am to head to my sons baseball game, and arrived back at 10:45 am to feed the baby and pack up.To my surprise, my room was open, and our belongings were gone from our room. My pack and play was missing, bag of clothes, snacks and drinks from the fridge.I went across the hall where a gentlemen who claimed he didn’t work there and was only helping went to the other end of the hallway, somewhere and grabbed my pack and play. Our bag of clothes was next to the maid cart. My daughter then asked for her phone charger, which was not in our bag of belongings, but on top of the maid cart wound up nicely like they were going to take it. Our drinks and snacks were also on the maid cart. We went back in our room that had already been “cleaned” and did what we needed to do before our 3 hour drive home. A few minutes later, housekeeping came and also returned my hair brush.Very odd experience and very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.Rooms: Dated. Uncomfortable bed.
Check-in was very easy, and the guest services clerk was very friendly. The lobby area/ lounge/ cafe area was quite large and was spaced out with plenty of seating. The lounge, which looked like it is a full service bar, opened at 5 every day. The cafe was open for breakfast for sure, but I'm not sure about lunch and dinner, though. The coffee is Starbucks and they menu offered was small, but there is something for everyone on it. The pool was very nice with lots of space and there is also a laundry area on site. Now to the important part.... The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Shower pressure was more than adequate. An exhaust fan should probably been installed, but that's a minor glitch.. The only item from keeping this a 5 star review was the fact that I heard everything and everybody's conversations through my door. I heard every door shut down the entire hall, it was crazy....Shopping and restaurants all within 5-10 min walk or 2 minute drive. Countless number of chain restaurants all over. NFL Hall of Fame is 7 minutes awayRooms: Very cleanNearby activities: A lot going on within 5 minutes aroundSafety: All side doors were locked and needed room key to enterFood drinks: Pricey, but good
Rooms were dated, The hotel attendants were friendly and knowledgeable regarding the local eateries and activities. The location was perfect for me.
Always prefer the Courtyards. Great service, Clean rooms. My room had a strange configuration where the TV couldn't swivel out so it was partially blocked by the closet when viewed from the bed, but otherwise no complaints!
