The Half Moon - North Hertfordshire

The restaurant always has a friendly ambiance both indoors and outdoors. I really enjoy this place, and wish I could visit more often.

The Half Moon is our usual spot in Hitchin - warm, comfortable, with fantastic beer and a great staff. It's a simple gem located right in the heart of the city center.

The Half Moon is a stylish and cozy pub located just a short walk from the town center in Hitchin, unlike many traditional pubs known for their rough atmosphere. They offer a variety of ales and ciders, with friendly staff and a bustling atmosphere. Although they did not serve food at the time of our visit, the quality of the beer and excellent service make it a great spot for a night out. Highly recommended.

If you're into real ales or ciders, this place is for you. The beer is superbly kept, and a good turnover ensures different beers pretty much every day. It's like going into a mini beer festival any day of the week! I simply cannot fault...this pub. Keep it up!!
