This restaurant charged $9.75 for two people. The portions were small, barely enough meat for two bites. The rice was dry and tasteless. The food was served cold. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
The restaurant was very disorganized, with tables left uncleared and a beverage area and floor that were dirty and sticky. My order had a minor issue, but the real problem was the rude and unpleasant attitude of the assistant manager, Osbaldo C. He seemed to intentionally make the customer experience worse, using business politics as an excuse. He had a smug look on his face throughout our interaction and is definitely not the type of person a company should have representing them to customers. I left without purchasing anything and will likely not be returning for a long time. To make matters worse, he refused to disclose the name of the manager above him, making it difficult for unhappy customers to escalate their complaints.
I like panda Express. The only mistake is if they are not busy eating not look so hot. Not sure what they could really do, it just looks, all dried and burned. Family business. And this guy is rich as f... look at him. You'll see what I mean. Whatever. Places are always clean. Quiet rooms. They say they give your change to charity. Do you get the tax on your donation? That's why he's rich.
Don?t go there when they first open. They gave me ?OLD? spoiled fried rice from yesterday!!!! The photos is chucks of old rice. And it smelled spoiled. JUST DONT GO THERE AT ALL!!!!! (0 Stars)
