Nudo Pizza - North London

The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of vegan pizzas and cakes. The owner is skilled at making everything from scratch.

We ordered two vegan pizzas for takeout. One had crispy 'Beyond Meat' chunks, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, rocket, and vegan cheese for £14. The other had BBQ jackfruit, roasted peppers, and red onion for £13. Both pizzas were very tasty, but personally I preferred the Beyond Meat pizza. The crust was made from a variety of grains including teff, buckwheat, and khorosan, which worked well and was similar to a sourdough base. We also got a pot of vegan aioli dipping sauce for the crust, which was delicious (you can also choose a marinara dipping sauce). I would definitely order pizza from this place again.

The other had BBQ jackfruit, roasted red peppers, and red onions ($13). Both pizzas were delicious, but I personally preferred the Beyond Meat pizza. The crust was made from a blend of grains including teff, spelt, and khorasan, which worked well and wasn't too different from a traditional crust. We also tried the vegan aioli dipping sauce, which was fantastic (they also offer marinara dipping sauce). I would definitely order pizza from here again.
