The Fresh Diet - North Miami

I have a mortgage account and I've been with this bank for 4 years. The staff was always respectful, friendly and helpful. One of my biggest problems with this bank is that paying your mortgage in 2019 is not an option, unless you have a bank account with City National. I have observed that this bank buys out other banks and yet you do not yet offer a payment online for individuals with mortgage loans, unless I have a bank account with your particular bank. If your reading this YES its 2019 this bank will force you to have a bank account to make a payment online. I have employees, family members and friends who do not have bank accounts with their mortgage company and they can pay their mortgage online so that what City National takes so LONG to make the transition. Its 2019 and Inconvenient Banking payment is still available at City National Bank. Anybody in management can fix this?
