Jimmy John's - North Platte

Hopefully the people read this before jumping out of the drive through the line(6cars) to go in(Gogle says open,) while a piece of old/reused paper on the door says, due to the personal problems the lobby is temporarily closed. stay in the line!, another paper should convey for people like me in the drive through.

Jimmy johns I was there! very disappointed by their service. we just moved back to north plate and while the house hunt decided to eat today at lunchtime. when we moved to the drive-thur, we noticed a paper sign on the menu board that read “we are currently from turkey” so that the first thing my man was asked were they still from truthahn? the girl who takes our order says: “No” (thanks) without any indication of the posted sign. our sandwiches ordered and the brote was the daily brot! not quite fresh! they asked them not to cut our sandwiches in the half. then the tomats in the middle were as hard as rocking. sad to say....but don't think we're trying to get these jjs back at any time soon. they don't waste their money!

Order was “out for delivery” for over 45 minutes when I live 3 blocks away? well over an hour for my order of little sandwich no drink. the hired was rude when I called on the status of my order. I do not see anything but negative reviews, how is this place still open?

They worked there and they have extremely rude people working there. they do not have a great customer service and it seems that they do not care about their job. it was a terrible time to work there. their equipment is either broken or not present, and outdated, they are not noticeable for the people who are willing to work there or put into the effort, and they really do not show any pride in their work. if they are desperate for a sandwich, they will not go there. you better go somewhere else or make yourself a sandwich.

First my online order wasn't even on the rack I had to wait in line and get it and then secondly I get a Del Taco cup Jimmy John's. I'd called after I was off of work to explain my frustration and spoke to DJ after this whole incident and DJ proceeded to hang up on me because he didn't want to hear what I had to say. This is the worst customer service I've ever had any Jimmy John's and I'm hoping this situation can be brought to the owners attention. What happened to customers service?
