Elf's Den - North Pole

There are many outdated negative reviews online, but I want to share my positive experience. Chef Tony is back, and the food is fantastic once again. The service is also great, ensuring that you will really enjoy your meal. I highly recommend trying this place out. The Tornado and Prime Rib are exceptional. I won't be making those long drives to the Turtle Club anymore!

I really enjoy visiting the Elf's Den. It's a wonderfully eclectic and cozy Alaskan bar with an incredibly extensive menu. The pizza is the best in North Pole, and the pasta portions are enormous. The staff is consistently friendly, and my drinks are always promptly refilled!

We use to like going to the Elfs Den for the atmosphere and food. But the last 2 times we have been there the food was burnt, service was lousy and we just felt like we were intruding on their time.

Once, the food and service at this restaurant were excellent. Based on those past experiences, I decided to celebrate our anniversary there last night, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The prices were steep, and while I don’t mind paying extra for delicious food and quality service, the portions were half of what they used to be, and the service was subpar. The server even cleared our plates while we were still eating, and she didn’t offer us any boxes for leftovers. I regret choosing this restaurant and will not make that mistake again. Save your time and money and opt for one of the many other great dining options in the Fairbanks North Pole area where you’ll receive better service.

There are many really bad reviews on the internet that are very old. chef tony is back, and eating is amazing again. the service is good, and they will enjoy their meal. I recommend giving them a shot. the tornado and prime rib is excellent. no longer long drove to the turtle club for me.
