Was shocked at how bad the food and service was. We took my Mom for lunch. The egg rolls were cold, the first waitress stone-faced/rude, the second one was better, but when the food came it was awful. The shrimp were not deveined. We didn't even eat it. We complained. Nothing. No apologies. Will never go there again. This place has fallen bigtime.

I ordered food 3x week for many years. The past 3 months have been extremely disappointing. The quality of food has deteriorated…. and they aren’t interested in feed back! When a LOYAL consumer speaks… Jani, you should listen

Extreme Chinese interior design/experience, super food at good prices.

Not happy with the service they provided got my food but they did not put forks nor spoons nor napkins in the bag they hurt me big time now I will go back Torigo in Floral Park from now on
